Disney Monorail system is a quick transportation between the Magic Kingdom and Epcot.
Disney shuttle buses are available at the entrance to every park, and provide free transportation to other Disney parks.
Super Star Shuttle provide complimentary transportation to Universal Orlando, Sea WorldŽ, and Wet 'n Wild. The service is typically free to hotel guests. There are eight routes. Ask hotel front desk for schedule and route information.

If you have a party of 3 or more and plan to go to Walt Disney World, private luxury sedan or limo service may be a better deal than taking a shuttle: much faster and more comfortable.
Round trip cost Luxury sedan is about $80-$90, stretch limo is about $160-180, private van is around $95-$105.
You need to pay gratuity in addition.
Driving
Highway I-4 runs north-south through Orlando and traffic is severe during rush hour. So using toll way may be a better option.
