Among the many road trips that I took with my used Volkswagen golf one of the most memorable ones was when I tool my used Volkswagen golf to Nevada. My best friend and I were huge poker fanatics. We would often watch celebrity poker and other poker games. But then how can we consider ourselves poker fanatics if we never went in a casino? That was when we decided to take my used Volkswagen golf on a road trip to Nevada. It would only take a few hours for my used Volkswagen golf to reach Las Vegas and we had enough money to spend about a week in the area. If you are curious about what you would be seeing in a road trip to Nevada then here are some recommended sights aside from the bright lights of Las Vegas. Driving my used Volkswagen Golf outside Vegas. Driving outside the city of Las Vegas made me realize that there are a lot of things that you can do out of the city. We did not only get to see the natural beauty of Nevada when I drove my used Volkswagen golf but we were also able to get a break from all the neon lights and the noise. My friend and I took my used Volkswagen golf north east of Vegas to get to the Valley of Fire. This is a must see since it is Nevada’s oldest state park. You might be wondering why the valley is named that way. You should be there during sunrise and sunset in order to find out. You will find a lot of amazing rock formations and great campgrounds. We also took my used VW golf in Highway 375 which is also known as the Extraterrestrial Highway. This is the unofficial UFO capital of America. You can get a lot of cool alien gear and souvenirs here. The souvenirs were a hit with the kids. For those who are tired of traffic then I suggest that you pass by Highway 50. My used Volkswagen golf definitely had a good time speeding out in the highway. The place is considered to be the loneliest road in America. It’s a long stretch of road dotted with fascinating views of landscapes. As we let the used Volkswagen golf continue forward on the journey we reached the Garnet Hill wherein there is a recreation area where tourists can look for natural garnets themselves. The reddish brown stones make beautiful jewelry so we decided to try it out and get some for our wives.
